We believe that a tasting room becomes more than just a place to sample drinks—it becomes a key part of the brand experience and a destination that draws customers back, elevating the product and the hospitality. 

We contacted many architects since we started our vineyard projects to find the best match to our vineyard concept. One of those are Kengo Kuma who designed Tokyo Olympic Stadium and Portland Japanese Garden buildings. He toured our vineyard together in 2019 to develop his design idea.

Shown on this page are some concept designs. We plan to build our tasting room in 2026.
